Platform fees vary by plan and are taken from each donation a campaign receives. A campaign keeps the platform fee of the plan you were on when you created it: campaigns you already run keep the fee they were created with, even after you change plans or a plan ends, and campaigns you create later get your plan’s fee at that time. Creator withdrawals use your current plan’s fee. Review the applicable contribution and payout fees before confirming a transaction.
Use your Ujimora Wallet or choose from the payment methods available at checkout for your country and currency. Payout methods and eligibility depend on your account and provider availability.

You can start with the Free plan without a paid subscription. Check the current checkout for any trial or promotional offers.
Plans bought on the Ujimora website are a one-time payment for 30 days or one year and do not renew automatically. Your plan ends on its end date unless you buy again. Plans bought in the Ujimora iOS or Android app are App Store or Google Play subscriptions that renew until you cancel them in that store.
The yearly option is one payment for 365 days of access. We show the equivalent monthly price next to the full one-year total so you can compare.
A website plan simply ends on its end date and your account moves to Free features; there is nothing to cancel. App Store and Google Play subscriptions are cancelled in that store and stay active until the end of the paid period. Account deletion is a separate action.
Plans marked "Campaigns on behalf of others" let you run a campaign for a named person or group, such as a patient, a student or a community project. We invite them by email to confirm it. Payouts go to them, unless they agree that the funds may be paid to you.
