Ujimora is built for Ghana. Campaign creation is open to organizers based in Ghana. Donations are made in Ghanaian cedis (GHS) through Paystack, by mobile money or card; some cards issued outside Ghana may not be accepted.
Basic use requires a verified email. To create campaigns, complete identity verification (national ID and, for organizations, registration documents). Higher verification levels raise your campaign limits.

Click "Start a Campaign" and follow the guided setup: title, category, story, beneficiaries, goal and end date, plus an optional cover photo if your plan includes images. Before a campaign goes live, its text is screened: by automated safety screening if you allow it, otherwise by our staff. Cover photos are always checked by staff. Depending on the goal and our current review settings, your campaign then goes live straight away or waits for staff approval. There is no fixed review time.
We support education, healthcare, community development, emergency relief, arts & culture, small business, agriculture, and technology. Campaigns must be for legitimate, legal purposes benefiting communities or individuals.
You choose the end date when you create your campaign, and it can be any future date. We recommend 30-60 days for steady engagement. The end date cannot be changed or extended after you submit, so choose it carefully. Campaigns that reach their goal early keep accepting donations until the end date.
Not at the moment. After you submit a campaign, its story, images, goal and end date cannot be edited. You can post campaign updates to keep supporters informed, and you can change your campaign link. If something material changes, such as the purpose or who benefits, post an update and contact support.

Browse campaigns and choose Donate. Choose your Ujimora Wallet or an available payment method at checkout. Methods depend on your country, currency, and provider availability. Review the total before confirming.
The amount must be positive, and campaign and account limits may apply. When you pay from your Ujimora Wallet, it cannot exceed your available balance.
You can submit a refund request from your donation history. Requests are recorded for review, but approval and settlement are not automatic and no processing time is guaranteed.

Ujimora Wallet is always available. Mobile money and card payments are offered through our payment provider at checkout where enabled for your region; bank transfer availability depends on provider configuration.
Request a payout from your dashboard once your campaign's funds are cleared and eligible. Standard payouts follow verification and compliance checks; optional priority, early, and assisted payouts are available with disclosed fees where enabled.
Platform fees depend on your plan — see the pricing page for current rates. Any applicable payment-processing or payout fees are shown before you confirm a transaction.

Organizers must complete identity verification before they can create campaigns. Before a campaign goes live, its text is screened, by automated safety screening if the organizer allows it or otherwise by our staff, and cover photos are checked by staff. Goals above GH₵250,000 need staff approval unless the organizer is currently verified and has published a campaign before. Screening looks for unsafe or prohibited content; it does not confirm every claim, so read the campaign before you give. Verified organizations show a badge that helps donors judge credibility.
We remove the campaign from public view, hold payouts that have not yet been approved while we investigate, and work with donors on refunds where funds can be recovered. We cooperate with law enforcement. Use the "Report" button on any campaign to flag concerns.

During registration, select "Organization" as your account type. Provide your organization name, registration number, and type (NGO, hospital, school, etc.). Complete verification with official documents before you create campaigns.
Organizations have a dedicated workspace, member collaboration, campaign management, updates, comments, donation history, and review status across web and mobile. Paid organization plans are available — compare tiers and pricing on the pricing page.
